I have been buying and rehabbing homes for thirty years both to live in myself and to build as a business.
I fell in love with historic homes in 1978 when I bought my first home. I appreciate the quality of workmanship that went into the building process of years ago. I have the need to preserve that part of that history.

When I buy an older home today, I combine the beauty, warmth and uniqueness of older homes with the modern conveniences of today. There are no two alike. There is a common standard of clean homes with nice flooring and fixtures, high quality workmanship, in quiet neighborhoods.
I am proud to own my properties. I love the entire process of purchasing a home that needs attention, fixing it up, and choosing tenants who are happy to live in one of my properties. My homes are maintained in a manner unlike most rental homes. My standard is that I can imagine living in all of my homes...I wouldn't own a home that I wouldn't live in myself!
